Work at PriceRunner

PriceRunner has more than 100 employees in two offices. The offices are located in Stockholm, Sweden, and in Nykøbing Falster, Denmark. We are convinced that PriceRunner's main asset is our employees. Our goal is therefore to attract and retain the best employees on the market. We want a culture that is full of job satisfaction, ambition, talent and accountability.

We are convinced that PriceRunner is a team effort. PriceRunner can only be successfully built if the whole team works together and collaborates. So we believe in a work atmosphere that builds on openness and shared goals. We work with a high degree of autonomy in each team while we also devote time to all working towards the same clear vision. Our ambition is to work quickly and flexibly and with measurable results.

PriceRunner applies OKR (Objectives and Key Results) as a framework for the business. OKR is used by many digital companies which have an agile way of working. It is based on defining clear purposes for each team and measurable goals to achieve these purposes. Within this framework, each team has a high degree of autonomy. We divide each year into three megasprints so that we can work at a high pace of change.

Our ambition is to offer competitive employment conditions and a pleasant work atmosphere. We have devoted considerable resources to our offices and work in spaces intended to inspire. We encourage physical exercise, including offering our employees paid training activities and the opportunity to take part in running sessions at lunchtime. Overall, we want to make PriceRunner a pleasant but simultaneously ambitious workplace for employees who want to be part of an exciting journey – creating a fantastic company!
